About me
Jess Larsen is a high school math teacher with 13 years of experience teaching everything from Intermediate Algebra to Statistics. When she’s not working on implementing Building Thinking Classrooms, you can find her playing board games, skiing, reading, or attempting to keep her house clean. She loves helping students work together, stay engaged, and discover math — and she’s passionate about showing teachers how doing less can lead to more teacher peace of mind. Outside of school, she enjoys time with her husband, two kids, and a cat that tolerates her.
