Sourdough for All Subjects

Participants will master sourdough crafting and explore starter cultivation and fermentation. Uncover how this ancient tradition enriches all classroom subjects and grades, fostering hands-on learning. Educators will creatively integrate sourdough, enhancing classroom environments with engaging lessons. Some lucky attendees will also go home with their very own starter!
