About me
Christina Forga is an English Teacher at East Central. She lives with her family in Askov. She attended Minnesota State University Moorhead for her undergraduate degree in education and Hamline University for additional teaching licenses. She started her teaching career in 2005, and she started teaching at East Central in 2021. In addition to teaching at East Central, she has taught in Saint Paul and Woodbury.
This year she teaches 7th and 8th grade English, Study/Social Skills, and Language A at East Central Secondary. Mrs. Forga's favorite books are Harry Potter, The Narnia Series, The Ranger's Apprentice Series, The Outsiders, The Little House on the Prairie Series, and Watership Down. Mrs. Forga loves green tea and enjoys reading, theatre, baking, art, D&D, and spending time with her family.
In addition to teaching Mrs. Forga is the advisor for EC's chapter of National Junior Honor's Society and EC's Dungeons and Dragons Club. She is an active participant with EC's community theater department having appeared in "The Little Mermaid" as Ursula and "Honk!" as Maureen.
